The facility, with a brick, EIFS, and glass block exterior, as well as a storefront entry, includes a competitive gymnasium, training room, laundry room, locker rooms, concessions, classrooms, and offices. The facility also serves as a safe room for the university. This was the second major project on campus that Kinco had constructed for the university.
