MEP upgrades to the elementary, cafeteria, and high school levels included unit replacement and updated HVAC controls. The project also included associated painting, new ceilings, and flooring. The administration building received tuck pointing of masonry, and bus drives and storm drainage on campus were repaired and replaced. Multiple waterproofing repairs on the roofing and exterior walls were performed. The electrical service to the football stadium was reworked. Exterior doors and windows at the elementary school were removed and replaced, and the fence at the high school retaining wall was replaced.
