MEP upgrades to the elementary, cafeteria, and high school that included unit replacement, and updated HVAC controls. Project also included associated painting, new ceilings, and flooring. Administration building received tuck pointing of masonry, repaired and replaced bus drives and storm drainage on campus. Multiple waterproofing repairs on roofing and exterior walls was performed, reworked electrical service to football stadium, removed and replaced exterior doors and windows at the elementary school, and replaced the fence at the high school retaining wall.
