This 4,500-square-foot tenant finish-out space in the Chenal Park West Shopping Center was constructed using the design-build delivery method. It includes a front lobby and receptionist area, several executive offices, an entire kitchen area, a waiting room, restrooms, and a spacious conference room with a coffered ceiling. A covered patio area was also added for employees in the back of the space.
