This upscale 2,100 SF tenant finish out space is located in The Promenade at Chenal. The space consists of a large sales area, restrooms; break room and diamond room with security vault. Drywall ceilings, carpet, paint and lighting was coordinated with incoming Owner furnished display cases and fixtures. Performed final connections and install of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
