William has over 30 years of industry experience and began his career as an intern at Kinco Constructors while attending school at the University of Auburn. After receiving his BS in construction management and minor in accounting, William joined Kinco full-time. He has served in numerous capacities throughout his career, from field engineer, project manager and vice president of operations to today serving as chief operations officer/chief financial officer (COO/CFO). William’s background, training, and general talents with managing projects, people, and accounting make him an industry leader and ensure that Kinco projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. 

William has extended his talents and passion for the construction industry in many ways, including serving various industry associations with hard work and commitment beyond expectations. William is a go-to person for providing guidance for Kinco team members and industry peers. His passion for teaching up-and-comers is evident as he seeks to improve their opportunities.
