PROJECT FACTs
30,000 SF facility manufactures plastic containers for Kimberly Clark baby wipes. The pre-engineered metal building includes metal wall panels, split-faced block, and an aluminum storefront on the exterior. The administration and operations area finishes include acoustical ceilings, painted stud walls, vinyl composition, and carpeted flooring. The production area consists of a clear span structure to accommodate the assembly line area. Additionally, overhead cranes and liner panels were installed in the production area.
The project was completed utilizing the Design/Build method to facilitate the fast-track construction schedule.
Kinco also completed a subsequent expansion to the facility.
