PROJECT FACTs

Kinco was selected as the construction manger to construct the 50,000 square foot Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute located on the Pulaski Technical College South Campus. The facility includes large commercial kitchens, culinary training areas, café’, banquet areas, lab space, hospitality training areas, classrooms and administrative offices. The project was completed utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and is a certified LEED Silver building.
