Harmony Grove Middle School

This two story project consists of concrete foundations, slabs on grade and elevated concrete. First floor is constructed with conventional structural steel framing. The second floor is a pre-engineered metal building resting on the structural steel column cap plates. The roof is a metal standing seam panel. The metal wall panels are to be installed horizontally. Total building size is 22,725 SF. Kinco also furnished and installed the hollow metal frames and doors, wood doors, finish hardware, and all restroom specialty items.  The exterior sun control devices on the west elevation windows were also furnished and installed by Kinco’s work force.
