PROJECT FACTs
A full-scale renovation of the lobby, sanctuary, and surrounding corridors, including upgraded lighting, finishes, and fire sprinkler installation.
A full demolition and rebuild of the sanctuary. An addition of 40 helical piers in the sanctuary underneath the new stage slab to alleviate historical soil issues. New choir loft, stage, and baptistry. New seating & AV. New ceilings, lighting, and fire sprinklers were added throughout to meet the current code. Four new dressing rooms for members.
Surrounding corridors received new lighting, flooring, and acoustical ceilings.
A full update of the lobby, including a brand new radius staircase to the upper balcony. New ceilings, lighting, and millwork along the exterior wall. New reception area. Added fire sprinklers throughout to meet the current code.
A full demolition and rebuild of five bathroom groups. Brand new floor and wall tiles, updated fixtures and lighting, new toilet partitions, vanities, and mirrors.
