Springdale health and rehab center

Kinco was hired to construct a 6,447-square-foot addition to the Springdale Health and Rehab Center. The addition provided much more office and dining space and a new physical therapy room. The addition drastically improved street appeal, including an expanded lobby, waiting areas, a new reception office, and private office space, all with restricted access security. An exterior stone veneer skirt accents the EIFS exterior walls, and a drive-through canopy protects patients from the weather when arriving or exiting the building.
