Springdale health and rehab center

Kinco was hired to construct a 6,447 square foot addition to the Springdale Health and Rehab Center. The addition provided much more office and dining space, as well as a new physical therapy room. The street appeal was drastically improved by the addition which also included an expanded lobby, waiting areas, new reception office and private office space, all with restricted access security. An exterior stone veneer skirt accents the EIFS exterior walls and a drive through canopy insures that patients are protected from the weather when arriving or exiting the building.
