20,000 SF renovation and addition to the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house on the University of Arkansas campus. The project was designed to achieve USGBC’s LEED Silver level equivalent. Work included a new kitchen, dining hall, exit stairway, and grand entry portico. New finishes are included throughout the house, including new doors, windows, and operable shutters. The exterior brickwork of the historic building was cleaned and repaired. New roofing and gutters were also installed. The facility also received all new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
