Decatur Schools needed a proven construction partner to take on their challenging new middle school gymnasium project, so they turned to Kinco Constructors. The project demolished several condemned classrooms adjacent to utilized classrooms, making way for a new 15,000-square-foot gymnasium, renovated corridors, and an integrated safe room.  The most challenging part was that all demolition and the start of new construction began as school was still in session, so the completion date of August 2018 could be met. Kinco is proud to say we completed this project on time, within budget, and, most importantly, with zero Incidents.
